DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION commissioned a survey of our readers to assess buying power for districts across the nation. Subscribers from school districts of all sizes received a questionnaire about buying activities and expenditures over a four-year period. The data reveal a total market that is enormous, and most districts have increased expenditures for products and services in all areas by about 6 percent, excluding construction and renovation projects.
