A new bill introduced into the Nebraska Unicameral would require public schools to recite the Pledge of Allegiance in schools. State Sen. Tony Fulton is behind Legislative Bill 990 and says that the law is necessary since recitation of the pledge in classrooms tends to stop when students reach Middle School.
