Three Virginia school districts have been selected for a project to help more college-bound students complete a federal financial aid form.

The U.S. Department of Education says 92 districts nationwide were selected at random to track whether high school seniors have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The program will help school college guidance counselors assist students who have not yet completed the process.
