Big ticket projects highlight Wisc. area school referendums

Voters in Wisconsin Dells will decide Tuesday on a $30 million proposal to build a high school and convert the existing high school into a middle school.

In Jefferson County, voters in Johnson Creek will be at the polls for the fourth time since 2005 in an attempt to approve funds for a new high school and middle school.

And at the Parkview School District in Orfordville in southern Rock County, the school board is asking voters to spend $17 million to turn the high school and middle school into an elementary school and remodel the elementary school for middle and high school students.
