With Budget Challenge, Districts Search for Cost-Effective Technology

Luidia Inc. conducted a survey of educators across the nation to learn about technology adoption goals and find out what is keeping schools from reaching their full potential with technology.

The main findings were that 91 percent of educators cited budget as a significant challenge, and 73 percent want technology to increase student engagement.
Schools are getting creative and adopting new purchasing policies, such as buying portable systems, switching to open solutions and adopting retrofittable technologies.
