This transaction makes Catapult Learning the largest provider of intervention services and professional development for K-12 schools in the nation.
As the national market leader for intervention services in nonpublic schools, this strategic acquisition extends Catapult Learning’s reach into the U.S. public school market. Catapult Learning further strengthens its professional development expertise by leveraging Alliance™’s nationally validated approach to school improvement and capacity building.

The acquisition increases the company’s annual revenue by 25% and adds over 500 new employees. In combination with Newton Alliance, Catapult Learning now employs more than 4,000 educators to provide instructional intervention services and professional development across the country, including in 19 of the top 25 school districts in the United States.
