Last year, Indiana made history by passing landmark education legislation. Now, education supporters said they want to keep heading in the right direction and Wednesday’s "Ed Reform Rocks: Demand Great Schools Rally” is how to do so.

Organizers said the focus of the rally is on the need for ongoing education excellence by utilizing quality teachers and schools, as well as empowered parents.

Gov. Mitch Daniels, along with more than 2,000 families, educators, and policymakers from across Indiana, are expected to participate.
