A Hollywood elementary school will morph into a museum on Wednesday — its hallways becoming exhibition corridors; its students turning into docents.
It's part of Colbert Elementary's new magnet program that launched this school year. During Wednesday's "night at the museum," students will guide guests to displays of the year's projects.
"It's going to take our students to the next level," said principal Patricia Yackel. "It mirrors the real world where [students] can take their end result, share it with an authentic audience and have to explain."
