Former South Jersey district tech director loses licenses over porn

The state Department of Education Board of Examiners has revoked the licenses of a now retired supervisor of technology for the Vineland School District for accessing pornography on district computers during work hours.

The decision says that the websites Stephen Dantinne accessed over a 30-day period in September and October 2012 included pornographic images or aberrant and deviant subject matter. Dantinne admitted to accessing the sites, and said it was a compulsion. He agreed to seek psychological counseling and retire from his job, which paid about $116,000 per year at the time of his retirement.
