Three Gladstone schools showed little improvement in their 2013 state report cards, released by the Oregon Department of Education Thursday.
The state uses a Level 1 through 5 rating system to identify the best and worst schools in the state. Level 5 is the highest.
John Wetten Elementary, Walter L. Kraxberger Middle School and Gladstone High School all earned Level 3 ratings this year, mirroring last year's report card. That rating reflects below-average performance compared with schools statewide.
