The Noblesville Schools Board released the basic provisions of a tentative three-year contract with incoming Superintendent Beth Niedermeyer that includes a base salary lower than what the outgoing superintendent currently is paid.
Niedermeyer would make at least $157,500 annually and be eligible for up to $20,000 in performance pay based on goals not yet identified beginning in the 2015-2016 school year.
The proposed contract will be finalized 7 p.m. July 1 during a school board meeting at the Noblesville Schools Educational Services Center, 18025 River Road. Public comment about the contract will be taken at the time. The contract also will be posted on the school's website. The board will vote whether to approve the contract at its July 15 meeting.
