Kansas ed policy rivals concur on rich, poor testing gap

Ideological rivals Diane DeBacker and Dave Trabert found common ground recently with agreement during a Kansas legislative hearing that an educational testing gap between poor and wealthy students continues to widen in the state.

Union of thought on a solution to that statistical predicament, however, wasn’t to be found during a joint appearance before House and Senate education committee members.
