Kriner Cash Finalist for Superintendent Position in Massachusetts

Kriner Cash is a finalist for the superintendent’s job in New Bedford, Mass., about an hour south of Boston.

The school system has a budget of $106 million and 13,000 students, about an eighth of the size of Memphis City Schools.

The other finalists are Pia Durkin, outgoing superintendent in Attleboro, Mass., and Steve Zrike, chief of schools for Pilsen-Little Village Elementary Network in Chicago.
