Mary Jane Warden has been appointed as the new director of innovation and instruction technology for Park Ridge-Niles School Dist. 64, effective July 1.
She will replace Terri Bresnahan, director of technology, who will become assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction at Berkeley School Dist. 87. Supt. Philip Bender said that the job title has evolved as technology is integrated as a resource to support student learning.
“Ms. Warden’s hands-on experience in implementing a 1:1 learning initiative---which Dist. 64 has approved for the 2014-15 school year---as well as her deep understanding of using technology to differentiate instruction and meet the needs of all learners set her apart from other candidates.”
