Minn. human rights office finds probable discrimination in school district

The Minnesota Department of Human Rights has found probable cause that discrimination did occur in the Hibbing School District.

Last fall, we reported the department was investigating allegations of discrimination, but it was not made public who or what was under investigation.

Now the commissioner of the Department of Human rights, Kevin Lindsey, said that the investigation is complete after more than 60 interviews were conducted.
