Missouri district promotes from within

The Logan-Rogersville School District has hired a new Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Shawn Randles will take over the position for the new school year.

Randles has served in the Logan-Rogersville school district for five years as Assistant Superintendent. Prior to arriving in Rogersville, he was the principal at Buffalo and Sparta high schools.

The Board of Education interviewed six candidates for the position. “We are excited about the selection of Dr. Randles as our next Superintendent of Schools and look forward to working collaboratively in moving our schools forward,” Logan-Rogersville Board of Education President Larry Zahn said.
