NASA centers move science, economy forward

The U.S. space program in Virginia is as strong now as it’s ever been.

The two NASA centers in Virginia—Langley Research Center in Hampton and Wallops Flight Facility on the Eastern Shore—continue to be at the forefront of the agency’s work in partnering with commercial industry to provide key services in low-Earth orbit while focusing on the tougher challenge of going deeper in space.
