New York school implements bullying prevention software

A Brooklyn public school that declared war on bullying five years ago is taking its fight to a new level.

Intermediate School 228 in Gravesend will be the first in the nation to pilot new bullying prevention software that aims to bully-proof its halls through a digital platform.

Bridg-iT School, a Manhattan-based company, has created a hi-tech system designed to alert, record, track and notify officials of incidents involving harassment or bullying.
