Pa. School District Offers At-Home Drug Tests

The Superintendent of the Hempfield Area School District says he will “fight for the lives of his students.”
Recent drug busts and overdose arrests have a lot of people in the Westmoreland County area on edge.
The district is offering parents of incoming Freshmen in-home drug testing kits.
Butler-based Candle Incorporated, which runs the drug prevention program, The Reality Tour, has partnerships with school in 11 states.
