The Julesburg School Board met in regular session on Wednesday, June 19th.
Chuck Wolf with Insight Schools gave a summary of the changes happening with Insight in the coming months. A new marketing plan will be implemented to try to attract a large variety of students. “We need to become a school of first choice, not last resort,” Wolf said.
He also updated the board on personnel changes, including his resignation as Head of School. Wolf will stay with Insight, but in a different capacity.
Discussion then moved to filling the seat vacated by the passing of Stacie Olson. Ehnes informed the board that they needed to make an appointment within 60 days. Two people had expressed an interest in serving, Perry Campbell, who was present at the meeting, and Andi Weisshaar.
