Reforming Failing CTE Programs

New York City public advocate Bill De Blasio is planning to introduce a task force to reform career and technical education in high schools. His six-point plan includes new legislation to make sure job trends and CTE programs match up, and a scholarship fund to help students earn industry certification upon graduation.
