South Jersey Schools Discuss Safety After Conference

For some schools, it may mean police officers are present throughout the day. For others it may mean increased patrols near the campus.

And for all, it could include resurrecting the nurture lost with the break-up of families and traditional institutions.

In any case, teachers, administrators, law enforcement officials and others are taking stock of their options following last week’s conference, “Safe and Secure Schools: Perspectives After Newtown,” orgranized by the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA).
