St. Johns superintendent Joyner gets top job rating

St. Johns County School Superintendent Joseph Joyner has once again received top ratings from school board members for his job performance.

Thursday the board voted to accept and approve the superintendent’s performance evaluation, part of the annual contract renewal process. In commenting on the results, Board Chairman Tommy Allen, District 2, noted the superintendent received the “highest rating of ‘exceeds expectation’ across the board” from the five board members.

The evaluation looks at Joyner’s performance in 37 categories.
