Well, tried to catch up with him. You see Anderson was participating in a planned discussion as he walked—through halls, in an elevator, through a lobby and in cars… a hotel… using earbuds and an iPad. Most likely the conversation is still going on, because it was when we left him. The last we heard, he was saying something about education leaders preparing educators better….
Anderson’s traveling colleague on the trip was Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools, NC, Instructional Technologist Evan Herreid. Herreid just shook his head, and said, “He’s been doing this all the way from the airport on that iPad. Every once-in-a-while he loses them, but not for long. I don’t think they know.” At that point Anderson put his conversation on mute and said, “They’re are getting quite a variety of backgrounds—airport, back seat, elevator…”
