Following a comprehensive evaluation of national vendors, Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) selected Netchemia LLC to provide its TalentEd Perform cloud-based teacher evaluation software in response to the Virginia Department of Education’s new teacher evaluation requirements.
