Teacher Engagement Skyrockets with PD 360 Professional Development

Ocean Springs School District (Miss.) has created an effective professional development program with the help of School Improvement Network. Since PD360 was implemented, engagement rates have shot up, with the vast majority of teachers in the district beginning to actively participate in professional development.
