The Moon Area School District's new superintendent is one of five in Pennsylvania who has never taught children in a classroom. Curt Baker, 54, replaces Donna K. Milanovich, who retired in June after six years in the position. He most recently was deputy superintendent of the Roanoke City Public Schools in Virginia.
