Associate Assistant Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools. Mr. Modzeleski’s office provides funds and assistance to local school districts to develop strategies and programs to keep schools safe, disciplined and drug-free.
Willie Freeman,
Director of Security/Chief Investigator for Newark Public Schools, Newark, NJ. Mr. Freeman is a frequent speaker and consultant on the issue of school security and safety. Mr. Freeman serves on the School Security Officials Committee for the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools.
Scott Poland,
an internationally recognized expert on school psychology issues related to violence prevention and crisis response. Dr. Poland is the Past President of the National Association of School Psychologists and serves as Chairman of its National Emergency Assistance Team.
