Five to Interview for Tecumseh (Mich.) Schools Superintendent

Viniard Leaving Quincy (Ill.) for Superintendent Job Near Chicago

Patricia Sullivan-Viniard, assistant superintendent of the Quincy School District for the past eight years, is leaving Quincy to take a superintendent's job in the Chicago area.
Sullivan-Viniard confirmed Wednesday she has accepted a job as superintendent of LaGrange Highlands School District 106 in LaGrange. She will start work July 1.

The program, co-sponsored by ARAMARK Education, VALIC, and AASA, in its 26th year, honors the leadership and exceptional contributions to education of public school superintendents. AASA will announce the 2013 National Superintendent of the Year on Feb. 21, 2013, at the National Conference on Education in Los Angeles, Calif.
