The results of the pilot were significant. Students were able to input text on tablets quickly and efficiently after only a short introduction. They naturally adapted to the Si Evolution keyboard.

These lessons from Sascyn Publishing contain discussion questions, research and writing assignments and drawing activities. They highlights puns, idioms and every nuance of the language contained in the app. They're also linked to Blooms Taxonomy making the app ripe for ELA classroom use.

The survey found that nearly 60% of parents’ volunteer hours are spent supervising field trips, donating supplies, or organizing class parties. But with tight school resources, teachers want and need additional volunteer help in ways that support learning, such as listening to students read, tutoring, and helping to prepare learning centers.

The SnapKeys partnership with OCPS is a unique and successful one that has brought much needed digital resources to area schools. SnapKeys hopes to implement the Si Evolution keyboard in many more OCPS schools in the future.

The data show that among the state's largest school districts, San Diego Unified has the top scores in English Language Arts and NCLB Science; San Francisco and Garden Grove are the next in line. Other large districts used in the comparison are those in Los Angeles, Long Beach, Fresno, San Bernardino, Sacramento and Oakland.

This state-of-the-art facility combines face-to-face classroom teaching methods with computer-based online learning activities. Students, parents, educators and local dignitaries including the Chandler Chamber of Commerce were in attendance.
