New curricula in social studies, foreign language and career readiness
Administrators striving to align instruction with the Common Core have an ever increasing range of curriculum programs from which to choose.
Several new social studies programs focus on keeping students abreast of current and archived news while other materials spotlight America’s history.
As teachers turn more to integrating software into their world language programs, multilingual digital curriculums focus on e-learning immersion and digital language lab software.
In addition, career readiness programs have expanded to include business simulations, role-playing games and career guidance systems.
FuelEd Online Courses
Fuel Education has introduced a series of new learning tools within its online curriculum—including its 14 social studies courses—to enhance the online learning experience, especially for those learning English as a second language. Pearson and NBC have partnered to provide students and teachers with exclusive access to the more than 16,000 NBC Learn videos covering current and historic events.
