This cross-platform employee status tracking tool runs on Windows 98, 2000 and XP, plus on Macintosh OS X and OS 8.6-9. It enables schools to know where staff is in real time by automating their employee tracking systems into a flexible, electronic status board. Teachers and other employees can set their status and leave notes, such as where they can be reached or when they'll return, customize categories and configure the software to connect remote offices over the Internet.

Windows versions were also released of the SnapMail and SnapTalk secure messaging and file-transfer software programs. With SnapMail, users can instantly send alerts on their network and reminder messages, activate an auto-reply message and send files between Mac and Windows platforms.
