Califone Appoints Rosenbach as General Manager
San Fernando, Calif. (September 4, 2014) – Califone International, Inc., the premier manufacturer of quality audio technology and sound presentation solutions for schools, industry, institutions and professional use, has announced the appointment of Charles Rosenbach to General Manager.
Rosenbach has held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Controller since joining Califone in 1995. He has been a key factor behind the company’s support for its network of Dealer Resellers in the educational and institutional sectors and also for the investment to help schools meet the Common Core requirements.
“Califone has been the leading innovator of audio technologies for educators since the late 1940’s,” Rosenbach commented. “We’re proud of that legacy, but we’re also firmly focused on meeting the evolving demands of digital technology and its applications. We plan on continuing our tradition of strong support for the channel through our dealers, helping them to grow their businesses and to expand into new markets.”
Prior to joining the company, Rosenbach spent eight years in public accounting including audit and tax services with two public accounting firms. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a Phi Beta Kappan. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
