Continuing to recognize the best of the best, the editors of District Administration magazine are proud to present this year’s 2014 Readers’ Choice Top 100 Products, which were selected from more than 2,400 unique nominations. Up from 1,800 nominations in 2013, this is yet another record-breaking year.

The editors of District Administration magazine are proud to present the 2013 Readers’ Choice Top 100 Products. This year’s winners were chosen from more than 1,800 unique nominations sent by K12 leaders who detailed the products’ positive impacts on their schools.

Top 100 Logo 2012In yet another record-breaking year, District Administration magazine has selected the winners of its annual Readers’ Choice Top 100 Products for 2012. For the first time ever, we received more than 1,000 unique nominations from our readers who shared how these innovative products have made a positive difference in the operation of their schools and classrooms.

Presentation Devices were among the most commonly nominated products.

For many educators, the latest in-class technologies, such as laptops and whiteboards, would make any classroom dreamy. For others, connecting outside the classroom is the high-tech way to go. We asked a few K12 adminstrators across the nation—in small and large districts, rural and urban—to reveal their greatest classroom desires in celebration of DA’s annual Top 100 New Products issue. Here’s what they told us.

DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION commissioned a survey of our readers to assess buying power for districts across the nation. Subscribers from school districts of all sizes received a questionnaire about buying activities and expenditures over a four-year period. The data reveal a total market that is enormous, and most districts have increased expenditures for products and services in all areas by about 6 percent, excluding construction and renovation projects.
