Superintendent: Medina school bus driver arrested after driving drunk with students on board

Medina City Schools bus driver has been fired and arrested after a random alcohol test after a bus drive determined he transported students while drunk, according to the district’s superintendent.

In an email to parents, guardians and staff Thursday morning, Superintendent Aaron Sable said that bus driver Herbert Ferguson was relieved of his duties on bus route 30 on Nov. 15, immediately after he failed a random alcohol test conducted after his morning run.
