The University of California, Irvine's STEM University Preparation Program (STEM UPP) is a set of online modules designed to help newly admitted undergraduate students and high school students entering their senior year prepare for the academic rigor of university-level STEM studies.

At the International Reading Association’s (IRA) annual conference, elementary school teacher Janice Gowdy was honored as the 2014 “Literacy Legend”. The national contest, sponsored by myON and IRA, was created to honor educators that are promoting literacy in their classrooms, schools and beyond.

The Uncommon Thread - Powered by Scholastic Intervention Solution will integrate eLearning's administrative tools with remote support developed at SIS and behavior therapy and consultation services provided by The Uncommon Thread.

Fuel Education is partnering with Missouri’s Grandview R-II School District to provide an online summer school solution for 7th through 12th grade students. Beginning early next month, students can opt to personalize their learning by enrolling in a course to get ahead, to take on an added challenge or to recover credit.

MIND Research Institute is sponsoring its first-ever Game-a-thon for K12 students. Following the theme “Math is Everywhere,” the Game-a-thon challenges students to design, build and share a game that features creative and unusual solutions to mathematical problems.

Dolton School District 149, Pembroke School District 259, Prairie Hills School District 144 and SPEED School District 802 recently purchased the web-based Personalized Career Readiness System.

Adobe Voice, a new animated video app for iPad from Adobe, enables users to create and share video stories by using a combination of recorded voice, imagery, music and motion graphics and effects. Adobe Voice is available for free from the Apple App Store and works with Adobe Creative Cloud.
