A new dashboard unveiled Tuesday by the Indiana Attorney General’s Office makes public more than two dozen allegations of “potentially inappropriate materials” in schools, like critical race theory materials and gender identity policies.
Nearly 89% of Indiana’s high school seniors graduated last year—the most since 2016, according to new state data. The graduation rates for all student subgroups except for American Indian and Native Hawaiian or other pacific islander students increased from 2022.
To increase transparency around Indiana students’ education performance, new report cards issued by the state education department are now required to be posted on nearly every Hoosier school’s website.
